As a doula, it is my role to meet you wherever you are in your journey towards birth, and hold space with you there. To allow you to feel the anticipation, excitement, fear or anxieties you may feel, while gently reminding you of your strength and your power.
Your birth is meant to unfold the way you choose it to unfold, and I wholeheartedly support the birth choices of the birthing people and couples that I serve.

Two 90-minute prenatal meetings
Unlimited support via phone, text or email
On-call labor support between 38 - 42 weeks

Your Birth Prep Package
For those who would like a little help preparing for birth but who don't want a doula present during their labor and birth
Includes:
Two 90-minute prenatal meetings 
Two 60-minute prenatal yoga + movement sessions
$500
*Fully virtual option available

Add-Ons
Travel fee for birth support outside of Calgary $25+
Additional prenatal visits $100 each
